Coral Springs spans approx 20 miles and is located to the South of Boca Raton, FL. The population is approx 122,000 residents and is known for is good school district, low crime rate, and “family -friendly” orientation. Although it’s name suggests it, there are no “springs” in Coral Springs at all. The city was named after the developer Coral Ridge Properties, which was later named WCI Communities.
Coral Springs has been a ranked by Money Magazine in 2006 as 27th best city to live, ranked 44th best place to live by CNNMoney.com in 2010, and also recognized as the 10th safest city in the United States by Morgan Quitno back in 2007.
With great schools, modern shopping/dining locations, and eye catching aesthetics, Coral Springs is a place many singles, and families alike, desire to call home. Located near the Sawgrass Expressway and only minutes from the Turnpike, Coral Springs allows commuters the ability to get to and from other areas of Broward quickly and easily even despite the city’s location on the West side of N.
